Me

I am currently a third-year at Northeastern University studying Psychology with a minor in Marketing. 

My passions and careers goals are to gain an understanding of why our human brains work the way they do, specifically in moral or immoral ways. In addition, I would like to create content to explain and minimize the stigma surrounding mental health and to change the current lack of diversity and understanding of different cultures in media and advertising.

I am from Long Island, New York, and I grew up as a first-generation American with Turkish parents. I went to Loomis Chaffee for high school where I was a Tour Guide, RA, class vice president, and on the volleyball and softball teams. At Northeastern, I am currently studying Cross-Cultural Psychology, The Moral Mind, Seminar in Cognition, and Advertising and Brand Promotion.
